The 3CX20000A7 is a metal-ceramic sealed, coaxial forced air-cooled triode with a direct-heated thoriated tungsten cathode. It has a high amplification factor. The operating frequency is 110MHz, and grid dissipation power is 500W. It is mainly used in zero-bias Class B RF amplifiers or Class C power amplifiers and oscillators. The tube can obtain 20 times power gain when the grid is grounded.
