The ITK12-1 is a medium-power forced water cooled triode with a thoriated-tungsten cathode in a ceramic-metal sealed coaxial structure. When working at a frequency of 120MHz, it delivers an output power of 30kw, with 15kW anode dissipation. It is mainly used for industrial high frequency heating and pulse oscillator.
