The 4CX20000C is a metal-ceramic, forced air cooled tetrode with a direct-heating thoriated tungsten cathode. At an operating frequency of 110MHz, the anode dissipation power is 20kW, and the output power is 35kW. It has a good internal structure and can guarantee the effect of radio frequency with high power and low distortion. The tube has 18dB gain in FM radio and linear RF power amplifier.
