The 4CX7500R is a metal-ceramic, forced air-cooled tetrode with a direct-heating thoriated tungsten cathode. At an operating frequency of 100MHz, the anode dissipation power is 12 kW. Dissipation power for grid No.1 and No.2 is 75w and 250w respectively. The tube is mainly used in high frequency class C amplifier and modulator.
