The ITK30-2 is a ceramic-metal high-power water-cooled triode with a reticular thoriated-tungsten cathode. When working at a frequency of 100MHz, the anode dissipation is 50kW, anode working voltage is 14kV and output power is 130kw. It is applied in industrial RF heater, mainly for drying cotton yarn.
