Product Description

Electron Tube ITK15-2 is a coaxial ceramic-metal triode with a directly heated thoriated-tungsten carbide cathode, available for both water and forced air cooling. When working at a frequency of 120MHz, the anode dissipation power is 20kW, anode working voltage is 13kV and output power is 63kw. It is designed for industrial high frequency heating, as an RF oscillator or amplifier.
