Product Description

The YU-148 (3CX6000A7) is a forced air-cooled high-power metal ceramic triode with a thoriated-tungsten cathode. When operated at a frequency of 108MHz, the anode dissipation power is 6kW, and the grid dissipation power is 225W. It is mainly used as an oscillator in industrial heating equipment or amplifier and modulator in radio equipment.
