The 3CX15000H3 is a metal ceramic, forced air cooled triode with a thoriated tungsten carbide cathode and a medium amplification factor. The operating frequency is 90MHz, the anode dissipation power is 15kW and rated grid dissipation 500w. It’s used in high frequency industrial heating equipment.
