The 3CX10000H3 is a metal ceramic, forced air cooled triode with a direct-heated thoriated tungsten cathode. The operating frequency is 90MHz, the anode and grid dissipation powers are 10kW and 250w. It’s mainly used in industrial RF heating equipment.
