The 3CX10000A3 is a high-power triode with a thoriated tungsten carbide cathode and a medium amplification factor. It is metal-ceramic sealed and forced air cooled. The operating frequency is 160MHz, the anode dissipation is 10kw. It is mainly used in industrial heating equipment as a power oscillator or class C or class AB RF linear amplifier.
